The car is fully under warranty, my friend!!

Take it in to the dealership to have it fixed for free!

My recommendation: Start documenting EVERYTHING and saving all the invoices of repairs that they do under warranty in case you need to address that Lemon-Law issue in the future!

Lemon Law isn't that easy and there are plenty of more requirments to implement it than the car not running right for the first time!

Good Luck

Take it to the shop and have it checked out. Just because it has a problem does not mean its a lemon. I work at a dealership and I see warranty repairs everyday. if the problem can not be fixed in a certain number of visits, then you can claim a lemon. Most of the time problems right off the bat are simple to repair, but there are times when its more in depth.

I've owned two Mazdas. They are generally very reliable. Step 1: Return it to the selling dealer and make them fix it. If they do not... Step Two: Contact your Mazda Zone Manager listed in the manual that came with the car. I'll bet the will help you.

Definitely get it back to the dealer! tell them what's going on and document the troubles, save any work orders, make sure your not paying for anything! It's under (full factory warranty)

Best wishes...

the best thing to do is to take it back to where ever you got it from and tell em bout it, as new as it is it should still have warranty
