Actually, simple eat an apple.

amuse yourself sending emails to strangers. go to the bathroom and throw cold water on your face. Don't drink too much wine tonight like you probably did last night! Finish an important bit of work and feel like you've achieved something. Or have a little 'power nap' and hope no-one notices!

Do deep-breathing exercises for a minute or two. Splash your face and neck with cold water, go for a brisk walk and drink water. The caffeine in coffee or energy drinks will only make you feel worse.

you should try drinking coffee, take naps in the daytime(provided you are free) , have late dinner,get up early in the morning and never ever deprive your body of sufficient hours of sleep!!
