C
The way you tell if you should say 'me' or 'I' is to remove the other person.
You wouldn't say, "Will you help I get dressed?' Therefore A, while tempting, is incorrect. B is completely wrong. 'Will you help she get dressed?' 'Will you help I get dressed?'
C works. 'Will you help her get dressed?' 'Will you help me get dressed?'

C is correct because after the verb "help" you need the pronouns in the objective case. Pronouns "she" and "I" are in the nominative case (i.e. can be a subject of a sentence), while pronouns "her" and "me" are in the objective case (i.e. can receive the action of the verb). Combining "her" and "I" would never be correct because one is in the objective case (her) and the other (I) is in the subjective case.

C, you need to split it up, each individual pronoun should fit into the space...so 'Will you help her get dressed?' and 'Will you help me get dressed?'
