You can do up a little garlic and onion and then slide in your steak ...

or you could do the same as above and add a little vinegar (a splash only) and some oregano ...... or basil would be good...

Serve with a green salad and some spring water, some good crusty bread and butter ...or maybe potatoes of some sort...

Peace & Love

Here's a simple recipe, very tasty and with almost no calories, so it is for dieting:

Take 2 onions and chop them coarsely. Put in a pan the chopped onions and the chicken cube steak (cut into small cubes) and some sausages cut into pieces, ad a very small amount of olive oil and fry them just a little bit until the meat gets a white-ish color. Than add water and chopped eggplant, chopped zucchinis (at a volume ratio of 3/1 eggplant/zucchini) and boil them until meat is done (boil 30 minutes). Than add tomato paste, basil, lots of garlic (or garlic salt) and parsley (and optional marjoram leafs and a touch of rosemary, or optional you can add a small amount of chopped spinach) and boil for another 15 minutes.

Enjoy

Melt a stick of butter in a oven safe pan, flour and season both sides of steak and quick fry on both sides. Add 2 cans of creamy soup (I use celery and mushroom) and one can of milk. Cover and put into 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes. They are sooooo tender and the gravy is awesome. Good Luck with whatever you choose to make.

Venison Steak Strips

1 lb venison steak (or beef, or chicken)
1/4 cup canola oil
Marinade
1/2 lime, juice of
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon cumin
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon Tabasco chipotle pepper sauce
Coating
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tablespoon cajun seasoning (more or less to taste)
1 teaspoon pepper (more or less to taste)
1/2 tablespoon paprika (more or less to taste)

Cut steaks into 1/2 inch wide strips, trimming excess fat.
Mix marinade ingredients in medium bowl.
Add steak strips into marinade and let soak at least 1 hour.
In a gallon ziploc bag combine flour, cajun seasoning, pepper and paprika.
Put steak strips a handful at a time into the flour mixture, zip bag closed and shake until meat is fully coated.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat add enough oil to completely cover the bottom of the pan.
Shake excess flour off steak strips and, in batches, fry them in the oil about 2 minutes, flip them over and fry 2 more minutes until golden brown, adding more oil as necessary.
Place cooked strips onto paper towels to absorb oil.

I forget what it is called but cut it into bite size pieces or just into single serving sizes. Fry it on a high heat with a little butter in a frying pan and brown them. Then cover with water and simmer. The longer the better. Just keep adding water to cover the meat. Ad a beef bullion cube and thicken with flour and milk. Serve with boiled or mashed potatoes and your favorite veggie. This is wonderful comfort food.

I make a beef stroganoff...... Cook the meat in water until very, very tender. Chop it up into small cubes (should be very easy to cut), put back in broth, add some beef boullion, thicken with corn starch, add some dry onion soup mix and sour cream..... Pour over noodles... Family loves this (variation, add some mushrooms)
