Hi. Well if he's bugging you in a cute kind of playful way then girlfriend he likes you. But if he'd doing it with his friends in a stupid Jack*ss kind of way then, sorry. If it's the first one then congratulations. Just flirt back with him and bug him in that cute way too. Show him your interested in your own cool way. Hope it works out.
