someone recomended getting some to help me from feeling so tired and so i get more energy to go to the gym.

I took this a few years back as read stuff that it could increase thyroid function, and help burn fat. However i can honestly say i felt no different while taking it. My preference would be a vitamin B complex as a pick me up for energy or after a cold/flu/illness.

Everyone has personal favourites.
