The phentermine is basically speed so you will have sleep problems. You may have no option but to stop it.

unless your doctor advised you to use this then I suggest you cease immediatley. The side effects of this pill can be pretty nasty, it has even been linked with thyroid problems and several years ago with a fatality. Try using an all natural diet thats full of protein, you want to improve your health generally, lose weight and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months. The stuff is amazing. Try them you won’t be disappointed

Your system is sensitive to phentemine and possibly it stays in your system longer than 12 hours. If you continue to take the medication, try drinking more water and exercising more to speed up its removal from your system. You should take the above advice of exercising more and eating less. Pills are only temporary as your body will probably develop a tolerance to them. A good 30 to 45 minute brisk walk in the morning before your day of activity starts and one in the evening after dinner, will help you lose weight, firm up your muscles and increase the circulation to your skin making it look better also. Make sure you drink lots of water also. I hope you are taking the pills as a result of conference with an MD, if not, drop them for sure.

No way! diet pills are extremely unhealthy. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies, drink a lot of water and work out 3 to 5 times a week for at least 30-45 minutes each time =] GOOD LUCK

Nope... you hit the nail on the head.

If you are seeing side effects like this, you need to stop taking the pill now. You are putting your life in jeopardy, and are at risk of sudden heart attack (speaking from experience here - I used ephedra right before they pulled it, may have caused permanent heart damage, AND I didn't lose weight).

Stop looking for a temporary solution. Pull together a well-balanced, calorie-restricted diet, drink plenty of water, and work towards getting 30 minutes of exercise at least 3 times a week. Change your unhealthy habits into healthy ones, and you will lose weight and keep it off.

Sleep is definitely one of the drugs side effects. I have included a small description of the drug. It looks to be rather devious to take.

Phentermine is a prescription appetite suppressant medication which is known to include negative side effects such as high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, high body temperature, psychotic behavior including intense paranoia, visual and auditory negative effects and more. Many sites selling phentermine online or claiming to sell phentermine online casually list side effects as "Dry mouth, sleeplessness, irritability, stomach upset or constipation may occur the first few days as your body adjusts to Phentermine."

Hope this helps

Have you tried a long warm soak before bed? Maybe with some lavender oil? They usually do the trick for me (especially if the water is really, really warm). If that doesn't work I usually have a glass of chardonnay, but I have read that doing that actually makes your sleep less restful.

Stop taking a diet pill.
Eat less and walk more; that's all you need to lose weight.
