i feel sorry for your wife - if your after a gf relationship then why did you get married..
best option to go with would be spend time with your gf while your wife spends time with her bf.

well, when she is at work....have your day nicely planned out where your other gf can come over and play. Then make her leave about an hour and a half before your wife gets off
