Because the mosquito is a very clean insect and does not leave any trace of blood on its proboscis

The HIV virus can not live in a mosquito because mosquitos eat up the blood and along with it the virus. And there isn't enough of the virus in a little mosquito to spread the virus

Because AIDS, unlike malaria, will not stay alive inside a mosquito.

Once the AIDS virus is in contact with Air it cannot survive, therefore, when the misquito decides to bite someone else it will not affect them.
