no such word as can't!! there's plenty of people before you that lose stones in weight by their own hard work, diet and exercise. you need to work on your attitude and take responsibility for your life instead of relying on magic pills to cure your own laziness and lack of willpower. If there was such a thing as a slimming pill that worked we'd all be skinny

You need to find out what chemical is actually in it and do research on that (google or here), before you take it. There is a lot of dangerous stuff out there when it comes to weight loss drugs. Also, unless it is something your doctor prescribes (or OTC), then you are taking something that is not FDA approved. This means that sufficienct studies have not been done to look at the efficacy or *safety* of the drug. A lot of people struggle with their weight, and I hope you know that you are not alone with this. They are working on a new appetite suppressor drug which does not act like speed. So, hopefully soon you will have the help you need. In the meantime, please don't do anything to make your health worse.

Any qualified nutritionalist will tell you theres no miracle pill for weight loss. Go to a nutrition store and they will give you good advice. There are pills you can get for example that stop ur cravings for impulse eating, so that u eat a normal balanced diet and dont crave sweet things. A nutritional shake is also a good idea. Also people that dont get enough sleep tend to be more overweight as they eat more throughout the day to try wake themselves up.

Doctors wont help you, see a nutrition expert in a health food shop
good luck :-)

There are no miracle pills. Many of them have caffeine or other stimulants, even amphetamines, so be very careful with what you take. You already know by your experience that they do not really work. You have taken two kind of pills without results.

Go see a good doctor, a endocrinologist would be my advise and have him give you advice on what to eat and take. You can not be to safe when taking sills just like that.

Some exercise and a diet without fat and sugar will be much more effective than any pill, and healthier.

my guess would be that the one's the hairdresser has are the same as those from walmart. they contain the same ingredients. And you are right if a dr is reluctant to give you something I would be concerned. I would actually like you to be the first to try someting. Have a hair folic sample done to check for a vitiamine deficientcy. Then take that vitiamin. while you are doing that try to keep yourself busy so you don;t have time to eat.

Take time once a 1 week to plan out and go shopping for meals and snacks so you happen to be prepared whenever hunger strikes.
