I'm not going to say "my husband, who is the most romantic, loving, caring sweetheart in the WHOLE world!!"
That is so not true.
My ideal partner IS my husband, but for completely different reasons. My husband is my ideal partner because he...
puts the needs of the family before his wants
does whatever it takes to provide for the family (including working up to 70 hours in a week)
is man enough to acknowledge when he messes up
appreciates what I do for him
trusts me
is worthy of trust
is honest with me...about EVERYTHING..the good and the bad
listens to me...not just "hearing" what I say
and above and beyond anything else...
stands beside me without fail, through good times and bad. He supports me when I need it and I support him when he needs it. When a challenge knocks us both down to the ground, we are there to pick each other up and keep pushing forward. In this messed up world, sometimes all we have is each other. And that's enough.

My wife, the "yin to my yang". She takes care of me, and I take care of her. I treat her the way she wants, and vice versa. We both enjoy the same leisure activities, and foods. I wished I'd have met her sooner in life, but she claims I wouldn't have liked her back then. I love her with no reservations, and trust her completely. I yearn for her company when we can't be together, and would rather spend my time with her than with anyone else. Plus, she puts up with me.
