Whcih lexus or acura should i get?

I do not want to spend more than forty grand for this car. Which lexus or acura model would you get?

Acura TL is probably the best car value on the market -- fast , reliable, handles better than any Lexus, gets good gas mileage.
That's what I'd go for. And it's better in bad weather due to front wheel drive.
