Respecting the world religions is a universal code of conduct, and as per islamic studies ignorant should be ignored, that is his punishment that he will never have the right answer, and so will never see the day light.
Yes do ignore, low profile questions, and answer if you see sincirity in it.
Those who disgrace any religion infact showing there religion or character, no religion would taught disgracing.
Just promote Peace & Love, truthfully, that is the duty we should perform, if posses such information.

Why must we retreat ? Are we afraid to face them ? Our religion is a TRUE religion, there is nothing for us to hide or being afraid of. When U retreat, they will insult us more and are we going let them do this to us ? Why we answer their question ? We want them to know the beauty of our religion ISLAM and its worshippers MUSLIMS. We want them to realise that Islam is not violent. We want them to embrace Islam and show them that Islam is on the right path. A day will come ( with ALLAH blessing ) people will slowly feel comfortable with Islam and wanted to be a Muslims. We just do our Da'wah, Allah will do the rest.
