you see, there's a guy which used to be my classmate. he moved months ago. we never talked to each other when we were classmates but he used to stare at me during classes and whenever we walked pass each other. there were a couple of time where i got some stupid notes from his friends saying that he likes me.n his friends used to tease us. i had no feelings towards him at that time tough. however i started missing him ever since he moved and i found myself thinking about him all the time.we do chat with each other online after he moved and we talk for hours. we were talking like old friends n the funny thing is we never talked like this before.he never mentioned that he likes me and i dont have the guts to ask.does he like me or not? i mean would you chat to somebody you dont like for hours(in the middle of the night)?

It sounds like he definately likes you but some guys need some more convincing to confess their feelings. Dont rush it, just get to know him more and when he feels 100% sure he will tell you. If you ask he will just give you a neutral answer.

Well its obvious that both of you like each other. No, I would not spend hours on line with somebody whom I don't fancy at the middle of the day, let alone in the middle of the night. There is attractioin between you two.
What kind of conversation do you have on line. Any hints of lust, attraction or love there? If yes, go ahead and lead him to your world of whatever you wanto him to. Watch for the reaction and take it from there.

Stop procrastinating and tell the guy how you feel now because, you obviously have feelings for each other. He may be afraid to tell you how he truly feels for fear of past rejection from you. Just tell him and then you will feel better just knowing the truth!

Well obviosly there is some sort of chemestry between the two of you. whether its just friendship or more, you can't deny you don't have feelings for him, otherwise you wouldn't talk to him so long and miss him. anyway, It can't hurt to ask him how he feels, at least then you know how he feels about you, but then you must also realise that he's gonna ask you how you feel about him. To me it sounds like your unsure of your feelings, so it might be best to sort out your feelings first. Good luck with it.

Off cause he likes you - and to prove it to your self just ask him.
You can say something like did you know - when you were still here, your friend told me that you liked me....
and wait for him to tell you.
Or if you really want to be bold - tell him you never really thought of him in that kind of way while he was there but since his been gone....
