For a healthy lean body, you need to find a balance between exercise and diet. Weight training will condition the muscle, but unless you address your total calorie intake, all that hard work will be hiding under a layer of fat.

Forget the vomiting and all that crap, it is potentially dangerous for you !!!

Your choices are clear; watch what you eat. Dieting is not a synonym of death, you can live and still diet and enjoy your food. Is a matter of learning how, of changing habits.

Some form of exercise you will find fun and appeling, jsut look for what you like, even a walk or a team sport could be the answer.

I would ask a doctor for help to achieve a change in habits and to get away from vomiting and all those methods which are just bad for you.

No go, there is no magic pill you can take.
The best you can do is learn to love the things you say you hate.
Part of it is teaching yourself to not be so self-indulgent.
Skinny Minnie's are skinny for a couple of reasons;
Genetics (you can't do anything about that)
Not eating, and other unhealthy choices such as what you mentioned.
And (drum roll please) healthy lifestyle choices such as exercise and getting plenty of vegies and fruits each day.

Yeah, bulemia will not have you lose weight, so don't try to start.

The fact that you are not willing to change the habits that make you gain weight (no exercise, not fruits and veggies, not watching what you eat), means that you will never be a skinny minnie.

Not what you want to hear, but it's the truth. Until you make some healthy changes, you will not lose weight. You need to make permanent changes to your lifestyle, not temporary ones.

i hate to break it to you but the only way to lose weight is for your body to use up more calories than you consume in the run of a day. so that means you have to eat less and increase your activity level. first of all, review your meals, write down everything you eat and drink, include amounts, figure out how many calories there are in them and then using a chart based on your weight, you can figure out how many calories you burn on average. then you have to make the adjustments to lose the weight.

for example, if your body uses 1500 calories a day, but you are eating 2000 and not exercising, you will gain weight, it only makes sense, huh? the other way around, if you are using up 1500 calories a day but drop down your intake to 1200, you will lose weight gradually, but if you also exercise and burn another 300 calories, that will speed up your weight loss, make you feel healthier, be better for your overall health and stamina and also rev up your body's resting rate of burning calories.

there are no shortcuts, controlled diet and more activity. if you hate exercise, then dance, play basketball, swim, do something you love.

no throwing up or crazy diets, by the way. they are both extremely dangerous and will result in an unhealthy you. do not risk it.

Buy yourself a pedometer and start walking, try to achieve 10'000 steps a day, I promise within a month you will be losing weight and feeling great if you stick to this.

A walk at lunch time and one in the evening and then normal activities through the day. You don't have to diet just increase your exercise gently.

I was you at one time....I lost over 200lbs. I did away with fast foods, most junk foods, sodas. I drink only one diet soda Day.

I walk a mile, after every meal. I exercise a Little bit more every day.

Buy a diabetic cook book, the food is great and is better for you.

See your doctor and ask him/her for help.

Buy yourself one of those funny mirrors you see at the fun fair that distort your image - get one that makes you look taller and thinner and keep that image in your mind at all times!
