spray after you have had them neutered. If so how long does it take to stop or does it not stop! Honest answers PLEASE! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

If you get them neutered before they start then they will never do it. But if they are neutered after 4 months old there is a 50/50 chance that they will continue.
Alot depends on the conditions that the cat is living in. If the cat is stressed or living with many other cats they will continue to spray.
Buy some Feliway to use to help keep your cat calm and that should help.

My cat does the same its so exasperating! I told the vet who recommended a plug in called Felway that is supposed to make the cat calmer. However, it costs over £30 for the whole plug then afterwards you can buy a refill. I put mine in last week and didn't notice any spraying. Although yesterday he did it twice. It says in the instructions that it can take about six months to take effect.

My neighbor had a male that was fixed and still sprayed. And it had been done for 3 years. I would guess that don't stop.
