Yes , The plant cells also have Chromatin like other eukaryote cells. and these chromatins appear as Chromosomes in the division process.

yes they have Chromosomes.
arabidopsis ( I dont know how is written in English ) plant has 3 Chromosomes and it has less Chromosomes known in the world.
