I understand how being that religion can confuse others and even the participants, considering these are two paths that originally don't agree with each other. But really, to me it was a journey of learning and understanding for me. If you are like me and incorporate both paths into your spiritual/relgious beleifs, do you hate how you see intolerance from Christians and pagans. Christians often think you aren't really a Christian, and the devil's testing you, etc. Pagans think you are just fluffy, or not ready to let go of your Christian path. I've never been happier myself.

Hmmm...

I call myself a Celt through and through. Sometimes I'm a rational pagan, sometimes I'm a liberal Celtic Christian. Apparantly, when the word of Jesus was first told to the Druids of Great Britain, the Druids just shrugged and said, "Ya, we know that already." So its easy for me to reconcile the two...although I don't see Jesus as a God,Messiah, or even savior. I see him as a rebel. Oh, well....

I've never been mistreated by Pagans, or even atheists for that matter. (I'm married to an atheist). But I have been mistreated by many a Christian...and yes, it is tiring to know that I would fight for their right to worship as they please, but they would crush my rights at the first opportunity.

there are such extremely some subject matters right here that i do not recognize which to address first. the first section is that even as you elevate a valid factor with the different deities in WIcca, YHVH become the in trouble-free words one which stated "You shall don't have the different gods previously me." a minimum of Wiccans have sufficient respect to save YHVH out of Wicca even as they realised he did not play nicely with the others. also, Wicca has a God and a Goddess. the position's the Goddess? when you're using a God as both male and lady mutually, then you're lacking a large bite of the point of the duality of deity in Wicca. Secondly, what you're claiming in regard to Early "Christopagans" is pretend. they'd an umbrella time period for what they were, which lined a mode of issues. Gnostics. It become taken through extremely some communities to advise extremely some issues. finally, Christian Wicca is a construct made up through those that are too afraid to actual go away a church that no longer is wise to them. If it is Wicca, then there is no opt for for the Jewish theory of the messiah, AKA the Christ. If it is Christian, then it ain't Wicca on account that Wicca is fertility faith that has no longer some thing to do with in search of redemption through a Christ make sure. also defining it as Christian would not make it so and that i'm efficient there are oodles of Christians which will lower back me up.

Discimination all together is a terrible thing. I have been through many different religions trying to find what best suites me, and I have given up.

But, anyways, you should not let people bother you about your religion. If you have found a religion that suites you and your personal lifestyle, then I am very happy for you. In my eyes, there is no "right religion", so don't worry about anyone else or their opinions of you and your lifestyle/beliefs. Just follow your own path and be happy where it takes you.

*If you are happy, fine, but don't expect to be taken seriously. I am not trying to be mean, that is just the way it is. However I always say that Christians are pagans in disguise because a lot of their beliefs today are straight out of pagan religions, and the holidays sure are.*

I am a born again Christian....and I expect ridicule and torment.
Jesus said this would happen if you were a true follower of Him.
I don't like the way it feels....but again....it's to be expected as a disciple of Christ.

There are certain truths to Christianity that can not be changed. If you believe in Jesus that he saved you from your sins then how can you deny what he says about witchcraft?

If you take a heathen religion, and change it a little, you have another heathen religion. If you take the true faith of YAHOSHUA, the saving faith, and change it a little, you have a heathen religion. Is that clear? I'm glad you are happy, but "Eve" was happy when she ate the forbidden fruit also. Being "Happy" does not mean you are correct, and following truth. YAHOSHUA has promised to give us peace of mind when we choose His truth. (Not happiness)
