ive done over the top sins wat should i do

Repent and talk to your priest. You'll get some penance. Don't do it again (part of the whole repent thing, really).
Why is this in weddings?
Are your sins to do with infidelity? If so, you'd better have a discussion with your partner as well as with the priest.

Hey, you don't need to be scared with Catholic. In Catholic we've learned that God is not a punisher. He is the Lord of forgiveness. He loves all of His creatures. His hands always opened for everybody who is coming to Him especially the sinners. That's why He sent Jesus for us, for showing how much He loves us even though we are sinfully.
However, if you ever done over the top sins then the things you should do is coming to Him with open hand... Realizing you as only a dust in front of Him... Don't you know that if we are thinking about sins, which can stand in front of God? No one!!!!
Therefore you do not need to be afraid. The important things are you realize your fault, open your heart for God to come and fulfill you with His spirit and furthermore promise to yourself to keep fighting against your weakness. Asking God's help... Because if you really want to be change and you are trying for it and asking guidance from God, then it will be...
So, the key is realizing yourself as a sinner, open your heart for the forgiveness of God, and promise to your heart to avoid the same sins... Don't be afraid if one day you will fall into the same mistaken... Asking Jesus helps for His suffering by falling down three times on his way to Golgotha...

Your soul was saved long ago. Go ask for the forgiveness you want.
Remember: He payed a debt He didn't owe, because we owed a debt we couldn't pay. You have been redeemed. Its a gift, go ask for forgiveness through confession. We are just about to begin Lent. It is a time of repentance and a time to appreciate the sacrifice that was made for us. Pray hard and live life as closely in His image as you can

Confession helps but if its over the top i would go to my church.
go to a curch in another town for confession.
