First, just to be clear, we do not "sin against Bible", we sin against God. The Bible IS God's word for us. Sorry to be technical, but I thought it should be said.
As already has been stated, in Matthew 5:28 Jesus taught that it was a sin to lust after a woman in your imagination. This is not my rules or other people's rules, it is God's. We are not to question if it is really fair or difficult to obey. We know it is especially difficult in this day and age when sexuality is crammed down our throats in music, TV, print, movies, etc.
Hang in there. Keep asking questions, seeking the truth.
Think about it -- figure it out.

Yes it is wrong & a sin. Because he looked on her to lust, Now there is a difference to have to do daily working business with a woman, You can look at that woman in a business like manner. & Yes, I think women do the same thing. I just retired & I had about 40 people under me, Most of them gave me a Friendship hug, Man & woman, & this was all done on my part without lust, But only in Friendship, Why should I hug them for any other reason, I have a very sweat & wonder wife, I have no need for another woman.

Someone once said you cannot prevent a bird from flying above your head, but you can prevent it from building a nest on top of your head. Certain thoughts can jump into your heart from what you see daily but how you handle these thoughts is what matters. Do you brood over it and actively perticipate in the thought or do you come to your senses and discard it from your mind since its inappropriate.
Remember out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. Brooding over sin or the wrong things can fill your heart with the wrong stuff. You can only imgine what would happen when an opportuned time for the sin to manifest comes your way. It becomes much difficult fighting it then.

Yes it's a sin, It's in Matthew 5. In the mean time, you don't go to Hell because you sin, you are right that everyone does it (Romans 3:23). People go to Hell because they don't accept God. God will forgive every sin that man does, if we would just ask for forgiveness and try not to do it anymore, and live for him as best we can. He doesn't ask for us to be perfect while on earth, he just asks us to do our best. If you want to know how to become a Christian, just take a look at Romans 6:23, Romans 5:8, and Romans 10:9-10. You also can pray to accept Jesus in your heart. If you don't, that's your choice. Good luck and God bless!

yeah, but we have such a tiny understanding of what sin really is. There are two definitions that are helpful. One is willful disobedience and the other is missing the mark, like not getting a bull's eye. The concept of sin is not to condemn, but to make it obvious that humans cannot "be good enough" to deserve the favor of a perfectly holy God. That is the whole point of grace: we cannot earn God's favor, but He is so good and loving that He sent Jesus to do the work of perfection and give us an avenue to God. All we are asked to do is have faith in the completeness of Jesus' work. What a merciful and loving God!
