I think it has some grammar issues, but it should mean
"I miss you much and I wish to have you again... I want you already/still"

edit: Literally it means "I miss him/her much and they wish that I can have him another time... I want you still/nevertheless", so it may mean something else than what I first wrote.

It makes no sense as it is bad Spanish, but Egyptiano has given the literal answer to it.

i agree with supersonic...it is written pretty poorly but it says "I loose it a lot and they wish that i have it again...i still love you"
strange...
