Stop buying the junk at the store! Buy fresh fruits and veggies instead. That way you don't see the junk (out of sight, out of mind). and you fill up on the good for you stuff.

Quit "dieting" ; gain an understanding of whether you are an "emotional" eater and address that issue.
Learn how to eat healthy and develop a healthy lifestyle.
And don't kick yourself when your down, don't give up. It will take a while to get into the habit of being healthy, so just keep getting back to know what is in your best interest.
Also if you have been "dieting" It is quite likely you were defeating the potential of long term weight loss.
The binge eating suggests some form of food addiction and therefore it would be a good idea to check out 'Overeaters Anonymous'.
Hoping the best for you.

If you're eating junk food, it sounds like you are eating lots of carbohydrates. Too many of them will set off your food cravings, and you need to regulate your blood sugar if you want the binging to stop. The next time you want to binge, don't reach for chips, pizza, or candy! Try some lean meat, egg whites, nuts, sugar-free Jell-O, or other things which contain lots of PROTEIN!!!! Protein helps your tummy to feel satisfied and full so that you can stop binging.
For the first few days, don't worry so much about calories...just work on getting your blood sugar back to normal, and the weight will start to come off. Exercise is also a really great way to control your appetite (it makes you less likely to want food when you're not hungry); and again, it will help take off the extra pounds.

No diet ever inventer will be the answer.
Those that do loose weight do it because they honestly want to.
When you really want to take care of yourself then you will do so.
That is what it comes down to. You have to truely want to be a better person in more ways than one.
This holds true for most adictions. Smoking and drinking most of the time will only stop when the person truely knows and cares about himself.
You binge eat because that is what you want to do. You can stip it if you want to.
I did not say i is easy I said you can.
Look around you at the people you know and think about them and their problems. You quite often say to yourself< if that were me I would??????
Look at you and say if that were me I would?????

For this all you need to do is throw your TV, magazines, PC, telephone and all electronic gadgets outta' the window. Have a guy seal your windows. Then seal the door yourself (we do not want to trouble that guy) and sit in there forever. Trust me, you'll never binge again, even if you want to.

look up over eaters anonymous. I recall their site had many compassionate and helpful articles. Family members I love seem to eat way past any reasonable physical huger so I looked it up and thought it was good.

Get either more rest, more exercise, or both.
Get out of that vicious circle in which you just focus on food.
It's the only way out.
