It could be lots of things, or it could be nothing,
1. Hormones
2. Depression/anxiety (Panic attacks cause chest pain)
3. Mitral Valve Prolapse Syndrome (An expert in this area of cardiology would be best) This sounds serious, but it can be easily treated, and not serious. Just causes bothersome, even life altering symptoms.
4. Hypoglycemia (You don't have diabetes, but you need to eat small snacks frequently throughout the day to keep your blood sugar from crashing)
5. Stress
6. Hypochondriac (Not trying to be mean, but it is a real disorder; something to consider is all)
It could be any of these, a combination, or none of these. Just a few ideas to consider, because I have had a lot od the same symptoms and it was very frustrating going to doctors only to have them say you are fine.
Hope this helps, or provides some hope. But try not to worry, stay hydrated, eat frequently, and do activities that make you happy.

Im not a doctor but just to try & alleviate some of your nerves.
Hormones during adolescence can really make you feel strange. You should be tested for anemia if you feel tired/faint but the other stuff sounds like hormones to me.
Do you have something on your mind that is troubling you? This can often cause some of your symptoms.
It might be worth you seeing the doc just for an anemia check, & you could mention your OCD, memory & anger probs. Dont worry about going the docs, they see many different things. Take a parent or friend with you for moral support.

Stress and Anxiety might be the reason.

People can have all sorts of symptoms from these without even realising they are stressed or anxious.

Stress affects the central nervous system that controls almost every part of our body and mind and so can lead to anything from dizzyness to pins & needles to stomach cramps to insomnia to rashes to tight chest and difficulty breathing or swallowing etc etc the list goes on.

Whether or not you are suffering stress I dont know, see a doctor. But if they've already done test and found nothing, it's likely that the problems might be based on stress. particularly bearing in mind your age, which is a very difficult time of anyones life.

Your condition sounds all too familiar to me. I went through 25 doctors only to not find an answer. Sounds like much of your answer is in your own suspicion of OCD. I started eating because of my lack of energy and ended up gaining alot of weight. I would seek out a therapist and see if depression or OCD is correct, chances are it is and medication will help. Secondly, what i have to do about every six months is de-tox my body. You can go to the health food store and purchase for under $50. I use a product from Nature Sunshine. i am not a doc, but your story, sounds like mine

All of the thiings you mention could be related to depression/anxiety/panic attacks (even the chest pain). I work in mental health and I have had treatment for depression and anxiety. Talk to a medical doctor.

See your GP again.
Regular checks of blood gluccose are not a bad idea for you.
Talk to the doctor about your anxiety.

I doubt if you would find a doctor on this site... come on!

Come NHS Direct and ask them for advice, or make a GP appointment

Agreed you need to consult a doctor, but with this multiplicity of symptoms, many of which sound psychological, you need to do this face to face. Please make an appointment to see your GP.
