I've been told that current laws means that a GB car can't be done for speeding by a Foreign speed camera at the moment... Is this true?

If not, what sort of fine will I get from the French?
(was only travelling at 10mph too fast on the motorway)

Hi

there is a loose EU agreement on cross border tickets.

Most countries don't follow it up.

I've had no follow up from UK. However Benelux countries co-operate.

So you have a better than 50/50 chance of getting away with it.

it relies upon on the digicam that stuck him, no longer all cameras easily have the facial attractiveness gadget yet so if you're saying somebody else replaced into drivng and they examine the picture and it wasn then you all is sturdy, if the camara replaced into no longer one that's able to photoing the driving force then it is going to come decrease back to the registered driving force. they did do it at one aspect the position in the adventure that they could no longer instruct one way or the different then it replaced into only left yet because of the thausands and thausands of reps in employer vehicles being stuck and the fines not in any respect getting paid they abolished that and determined who ever replaced into the registered keeper might want to ought to foot the bill. im particular it really is accessible to have it transfered to him if he's keen to take the blame yet when he isnt then no longer alot might want to be performed. definite if he has completely comp coverage and is over 21 he should be coated third celebration in elementary words on any automobile that he has permission to apply and is highway felony, in a lot of situations there also desires to be an coverage coverage on that motorized vehicle in the proprietors call too so in case you had the vehicle off the line and canceld the coverage it really is accessible that he wasn easily coated yet that relies upon on his personal coverage

Probably only an issue if you get stopped in France on a later occasion (unpaid fine on record). As far as I'm aware there is no transfer of road infringements across borders (YET!)

That sounds very worrying, you have described the very symptoms my 82 year old mother suffers with. However, you are only 16, which is strange, I would therefore suggest, you stop drinking half a bottle of gin a day, get out and about and have some exercise, eat smaller meals or snacks more often, but most of all indulge in a hobby or interest that motivates you.

You didn't say why you won't go to the doctor, maybe you could be suffering from permanent PMS!

The French don't have the computer links to chase you for the fine and its not economically viable for them to do so.

This is why foreign drivers get away with no fine here! its not about the money right!!

if a foreign driver gets flashed in UK then they have to pay the fine same as everyone else. foreign licences can not be endorsed though. i would have thought that the same applies for us abroad. just wait and see if you hear anything.
