my bf is suspecting that im cheating on him with a guy from work which im not. Me and the guy from work is just good friends. How can i convince my bf that there is nothing going on between the two of us without getting angry or iritated. my bf will phone at work and when i dont answer he would be like - so you enjoy your "friend". This is realy starting to hurt me i just want to let him know that he is the only one i want

either A hes super jealous and you need to tell him to grow up and start acting like an adult. theres no point of a relationship without trust.
or B ( and i hope its not cause i went thru it ) hes cheating himself. like the saying "the guilty dog barks"
but maybe like you your boyfriend and this friend from work should all hang out. introduce him to this guy. show him that you're not cheating and prove it to him. cause if you were, you wouldn't let them meet.

There is no reasoning with him. You might have to dump him.
I know guys that do that and I think they in some weird way get some sick kick out of imagining that their gf actually IS cheating on them and would rather live in that fantasy world and be accusing than face facts.
All you can do is do everything that keeps you in the clear so he has no examples to hold against you. Like don't be on the phone with the other guy, don't have unaccounted time and at work leave no room for the boss or co-workers to get the same impression. If he keeps it up and you try to defend yourself it isn't going to accomplish a thing other than causing more tension in the relationship. Maybe tell him that if he wants to keep obsessing on lies you do not see any future for the two of you, but be prepared to break up either way.
He is definitely insecure and immature.

Most ppl accuse their SO when they have a guilty concience.
My bf got caught talking dirty to other girls a few months ago, im still slightly supicious when he talks to his girls and i let him know when i have weird feelings like that, but everyonce in a while he will ask me if im seeing someone else, if im wanting to be with someone else.
He doesnt think im cheating.... but he thinks i want to all bc of the fact that he was thinking about it.
