What would you implement to make oyur job easier, although we know
that policing is one of the toughest job choices in the world, what are
the best things to curb crime in S.Africa, how do you feel about this......

I don't begin to know enough about it. I've seen documentaries, and it sure looks like a never-ending, low reward situation. Are any efforts being made by SA government to ease population in townships?
