I have daily headaches too, it got to the point where my head hurt so much, I couldn't move it. I went to the doctors and they told me I was suffering from Migranes. It could be the same with you, there are loads of supplements you can get to help this. Go to Holland and Barrett and ask. Also, if you work with computers, make sure you take regular breaks from the screen and ask for an anti-glare screen cover. And if you haven't had your eyes tested in a while, go for a check up. It could have something to do with our sight. Hope things get better,,,,

We are sure that the curse causeless will not come. There is some cause to this problem. You need to figure it out. Eyestrain can certainly cause headaches, as can dehydration. There are about 100 other possible causes. Check out PRESCRIPTION FOR NUTRITIONAL HEALING by the Balchs'. It is a good general reference book which helps us understand how the body works, and what we need to do to help it. What did you change when the headaches started? Quit smoking? change caffeine consumption?

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Try relaxing in a dark room and get a rag (as hot as you can stand it) and place it across your forehead or eyes because sometimes that pressure comes from your eyes. Do you wear glasses? under stress? work in front of a computer? Also make an appointment to see your doctor becuase you never know what is going on so to be safe get it checked out.

drink more water and sleep more before midnight.
Also if you spend alot of time in your house make sure it is dust free and aired out.
Rest and hydration are the best ways.
Also maybe seek advice from your doctor, it could be a condition far worse then a standard headache.

See your GP as soon as possible. Anything neural (to do with the brain) is serious and you should get it checked out. It could be caused by any number of (easily curable) factors but get down to the surgery to find out what's wrong. Causes could be:
-lack of sleep
-Migraine symptoms
-overuse of your mobile
-poor diet
-poor working environment
Ring your doctor!

Maybe you should have your eye`s tested. This is often the problem.
Some people have a bad reaction to citrus fruits.(ie.Oranges,Lemone, limes & grapefruit).
Also too much chocolate can trigger cluster headaches.
If none of these apply then I think you should see your GP.

you might want to get your blood pressure checked. A lot of times headaches are caused by elevated blood pressure.
