you can get most manuals on the web. Often in pdf format. Just search the make and model.
Buy a universal remote and search for the code on the web for your tv. Then you can set up the remote. Sometimes universal remotes don't work for a particular type. Then you will have to order a new remote from supplier.

I would take it right back & get something that is a known brand. You will be much happier with it in the long run. I never heard of a new TV with no remote. Yes, I'd take it back & get a refund. Any place that would sell someone a TV that way is no good.

Your best bet for a remote would be a universal remote. Not sure about the manual though.

If you bought it from a shop then see if they can get one.

the web might be your best bet in this case!...but most TV repair shops local to you, keep remotes over a period of time, chances are they might just have one.
cant say i've heard of that make, maybe try an all in one remote, about £15

If you go to Curry's they have universal remotes which you can program to match your TV... For the manual, no idea
