My boyfriend's breath smell really bad, especially in the morning and its really coming between us! How can I tell him about his bad breath and get him to do something about it without offeding him?

Before he awakes the next time you're in bed together, don a gas mask; and when he wakes up, you roll over say "Good Morning!" with the mask still on while spraying Binaca in his direction. He should get the idea...

It depends on your boyfriends personality. If hes more of a laid back type of guy and you two are very close then just come right out and say youre breath is bad today.. Dont insult him just dont make it a big deal. Tell him its no big deal and just go brush his teeth or use some mouthwash. If its habitual bad breath then I dont know what to tell you. Again if you 2 are very close id still say come out and tell him but dont make it look like its the be all and end all of the relationship. If you 2 are more casual than id watch my step. Maybe just give him a mint if its a temporary thing, if the guy can be a jerk id watch what i say or just forget about it.

Just tell him straight out. How is he supposed to know if you or someone else doesn't tell him. If someone with bad breath was planning on kissing me I would stop him right there. Sometimes we all have bad breath in the morning. My husband will lean in to kiss me and I will put my hand up and be like sorry WE have nasty morning breath, I will kiss you for hours after WE brush.You can say what you mean not say it mean. I know your predicament. Its not easy to tell him. I have same problem with my husband. So much so that I avoid sex so he doesn't breathe on me. He also stinks up the bedroom so I have to open the windows when he gets out of bed. I've tried to be subtle with gum and mouthwash to no avail.

he's your boyfriend you should be able to tell him. I tell my husband. Try sayin in a flirty way , "Babes, if you expect any sugar kisses you better go brush those chisel teeth." Chances he will start laughing and you will too. And he will realize your aware. If it procedes and you can't tell him straight out buy yourself some halls cough drops...they are strong and might drown out his breath when you kiss.

Randomly buy some mints and offer him some.
ORRRR.
Just try and tell him gently.
Say something like ''Hun, i dont mean this in a horrible way but your breath is rather smelly''
Just so he doesnt get tooooo offended say something else onto it like ''i know mine does aswell which is why i am telling you but yeh''

when you wake up in the morning, tell him that you have to get up and brush your teeth because your mouth tastes bad; while you are in the bathroom brushing your teeth he'll notice his mouth tastes like a herd of elephants ran through it and get up and do the same.......better yet...make sure you do that at night, get up and do it after you have already gone to bed saying, oh I need to go brush and gargle so I don't wake up with bad morning breath.....

mostly offer him mints gam, and talk to him about thouse who have bad breath and how owfull you feel about it. ask him to have regular checkup of his teeth with his dentist, and explain how usefull it is, the benefits and the damages if he do not watch out for his teeth and all such stuffs....he will finally understand what you really mean and would cope with this problem of his...good luck.

Just tell him gently. Buy something for it, and say I got this for us to both use so we have nice breath! lol
He might not get so offended if you involve urself too, and then it looks like the bad breath treatment is for his benifit as well as yours ;)

Just gift him bunch of mint packets once . Or everytime you meet him give him mint and also tell him the advantages of having a mint time to time .
