hmmm well i jst asked one of my friends and wat it means is that
انتي ليزبيان? === " r u a lesbian! "? soo hmmm who ever said that well hmmm that wat it means i guess ....

The word lesbian is actually an english word spelt using Arabic letters. The Arabic word for lesbian is something else...

I would agree that it looks like the question "Are you a lesbian?" even though "you" is spelled incorrectly.

Directly translated, it says "you lesbian?" with lesbian actually spelled out in Arabic letters.
