Please look at my avatar. I just explained in great detail to a girl regarding vitamin E and vitamin A for skin health. Also, if you get yourself some pure vitamin E oil from any health food store and apply it externally you will be amazed at the difference in next to no time in your skin. Don't be put off by the fact that it is quite thick and gooey, it totally brilliant and what's it natural and very reasonably priced.
PEACE

Vitamin E oil or cream can be applied to the skin in the affected areas, every day .The cream should be applied overnight. Aloe Vera gel and fresh lemon juice can be applied to the scars, so that they fade quickly. You can find more cheap and natural remedies for stretch marks or scars at the link below.

Depends on what type they are.
If they are keloids, you can stry the following
1. Laser
2.Frozen Off
3.Steroid Injections (kenacort) The Best!!!!
4.:Scar fade Cream
5. Inscision (may scar again)
Ive tried all 5 & steroid worked for me & they completely went
If its for fading a red scar, try scar fade cream or bioskin oil.
I use them for apsoloutley every belmish
