What are you views, because I see them out there everyday morning noon and
night in all weathers, and when I think of those Police out there, I think that they
have definitely stepped up the fight against crime in the last 12 years or more........
What do you think, because I think that we should be with the Police 100% in
terms of support for them, because they are so crucial to our winning the
fight against crime.......................................................................................................
UNITED AGAINST CRIME IN SOUTH AFRICA, united with the Police as communities,
we should be standing with them to deal with criminals not standing on street corners,
moaning and groaning about crime, we need to reach out and take those POLICEMEN
and womens hands and fight crime together, I agree with the President on this issue,
what do you think about what I HAVE said.......................................................................

I'm sure that's because they have a lot of experience fighting crime in the country with the world's highest murder and assault rates.
All of my ex-pat South African friends that fled SA's crime think the police there are doing a bang-up job (not).

I grew up in South Africa and moved to America when I was in my teens and I remember the crime was just horrible and many of us(friends, family) moved to other countries because of this. I loved South Africa! its a beautiful country and I miss it, if it weren't for the crime back then we would never have moved. I still have friends that live there I get to hear crime stories still, so I am not sure if it has gotten better. from what i remember and still am being told is that they are corrupt.

Well I wish I could give you an educated answer but I do not live in S.A. so I cant make a good call on it. However I do know in some parts of Africa the Police are corrupted and sometimes much worse than Crimminals.
