We have recenly migrated from India, eventhough we have good command over english, good qualification,good skills of presenting ourselves including technical knoeledge, nobody consider the qulification as well as experience,how to prove our talent? How to enter in the job market of this new country to us? All these things bring depression , as we are very far from our country and relatives.We are here for the better future, but right now i don't see any future , if these will continue, kindly guide me, What should we do?We were very successful in India.

There is one more most important thing required which is called as direction. Try your best efforts.
There is a posibility that even if you are trying your level best but the efforts are not in the right direction. or sometime we cannot see things beyond our scope which can be best looked by the other person. You may need to recheck your direction of efforts and if required do consults with people around you , who have faced similar problems at came out successfully from the problems.

It is not clear why and where you have migrated. It is the assessment by prospective employer that matters. He should feel that you have the necessary talent and expertise.You should jump at the first opportunity and learn what is expected of you. You should have clear vision and should be ready to work hard and acquire new qualifications to enable you to get a proper job.If you are in USA and if you are ready to work hard and give more than 100% you will surely succeed. Do not lose heart and keep trying with an open mind and head free of air.Wish you all the best.

Well, I'm not sure how well you speak English, but your writing/spelling is not all that great, neither is your grasp of a simple sentence. ( although the same holds true for many Americans as of late )
Nothing comes easy. Television has taught people that everyone gets everything they want, all the time, instantly, and with almost no effort. There is no "easy" way. You must continue to work hard without giving up. Consider taking night classes to improve your English. I think those who do not have an excellent command of the English language are often thought of as "stupid foreigners", whether it is true or not.

Start your own thing man.
I had a friend that came from china and was a computer expert but had jobs at Target, Wal mart. So he save up some money and did some work for himself. Some company liked his work and offer him a full time job. Hey just don't sit around, you have to show what you can do by doing something about it. Say if you can sing but producer thinks you can't, hey go out and record your own songs. Than when they see that you are good, they'll come looking for you.

It usually happens ,your country needs you better come back.
if thats not possible give your life a "U" turn.Change your approach.simultaneously you can contact indian people association and ask for help,may be that works.Search on Internet as per ur profile.try to find out why they r rejecting? Get them the required thing.

you must work hard be sincereand control your temperment. do your duty but dont expect anything in return. if u r sincere and hard working along with no expectation in return , certainly thing must go only in right direction.things will come to ur door step what ever u need, what ever can be given for the work u r doing. i mean u get 0nly the good results.
