in a word: NO.

nothing which is manufactured is pollution free. there are always costs to the environment. some to greater degrees than others.

we need to reduce our reliance on manufactured goods and look towards a future where we consume a great deal less and live a whole lot simpler.

also, there is no way that technology is going to provide us with a quick "fix". Hopeless case. look at what they haven't done already! Name me ONE thing that we've "uninvented". There isn't anything!!!!
