You are going to get sleep whether or not you drink coffee. You are probably addicted to caffeine; if you are getting headaches also then you definitely are addicted to caffeine.

First of all there is caffiene in coffee which keeps you awake and kind afresh sometiumes, and second of all, why you get sleepy if you dont drink coffee is beacuse your uesed to having coffee regularly like me, and the fact that you miss one time when you dont have coffee leave you thinking, and having thjat urge to have some coffee-its a habit...I feel the same-belive me...

Caffeine.Its a drug that makes you hyperactive if drank in excess.My nutritionist said i had a coffee addiction and i had to be weened off it.Im down to 3 cups a day now instead of the usual 10.
