Where do I start ? Which place A to which place B ?

Firstly, for airfares it depends on where you live ie which country. If it's the US, go to Expedia or Travelocity. If it's Europe either airline websites or a local discount website.

For accomodation , which will be most of your money, go to Cheaperthanhotels which has a good spread of deals throughout the World at the last minute and up to a year in advance.
