They aren't going to take it too seriously if the person is in another country, but you can try.

If hes in another country and all hes saying is 'i crack you head' i doubt that guy is serious or this is anything to be reported to police. Ive been threatened many times by numerous jack asses online- In this country. I would go to the cops if you feel you are scared for your well being but if the guy is in another country i wouldnt take it too seriously... from what you have said it dosent sound like he knows you. I hate to say this but I know from experience.. the best thing you can do is probably leave that group or community. If you dont want to leave your other friends than just ignore him or report him to the help desk, 'if there is one'. Other than that you cant do too much. Threats like ' I crack you head' on the net are a dime a dozen. If you dont know him just let it go , if you think you do than thats another story. Id be concerned then. Good luck.

Nothing your local police can or will do , Its hard to crack your head from another country and awful expensive to come all the way here to do it . If it is happening on yahoo or through email you can report it to them and make it so you will no longer receive messages from him .

If the person is from a different country, not much would be done with the charge anyway. They'd be out of your jurisdiction. If it was an international terrorist threat, that would be different. But if it's personal, no, doubtful. Just delete his emails, the person will most likely get bored antagonizing you.

you are able to the two checklist him to his community dept and talk your innovations via employing fax or email. Many businesses are very reluctant to do enterprise this style. you are able to block him or steer away from touch altogether with the guy harassing you. or you are able to checklist his messages to his ISP. i'd propose, provided that's on your skill, to steer away from or block this individual from contacting you or checklist him to his ISP. Doing in any different case would look a waste of ingredients, time and attempt for something which would be stopped via you. i comprehend he's extremely experienced in martial arts, yet do you quite think of his threats have any validity provided that he's in yet another united states of america? i think of you're basically dissatisfied and don't p.c. him to have the final word. Be the greater valuable area. harm touch with the guy, yet do save his messages on a folder for documentation in case you opt for it later.

The FBI and the Police? Have them trace it. That way if you are hurt or something worse. He/She will always be a target of their investigation.
