Just enjoy it as much as you can. Be spontaneous. Do not make predetermined plans because they might not become real. Just have some ideas of what you and your spouse want to do. Make love - it's still important and meaningful for the first time as husband and wife, have some champagne accompanied with tropical fruits, chat about the honeymoon that's coming and, together, recount the moments of your previous day. Just be happy and take pleasure in this night. This is the only first wedding night.

Exactly what both of you feel like doing. It's a very special night, so do what's special to both of you. Having sex is overated. Something as simple as saying I love you and falling asleep in each other's arms for the first time as husband and wife can be the most ordinary, yet extraordinarily meaningful thing.

Traditionally that is the time to consummate the marriage but before that you can do other things. Talk play a game or anything that strikes your fancy.

to be honest hardly any newly wed's consumate the marriage until the next morning - you'll be too tired. wait until the morning after,have a champagne breakfast share a bath / shower, and have lots of nookie until lunch / dinner / supper ....
