Please answer my question and please also tell if a Siberian Husky can be ket as a pet in india ? why and why not ??

You would not want a dog such as a husky in india, it would kill him slowly from the heat. You need a dog that was bred to handle the heat, such as an african ridge back, or a boer boel. Those are large dogs, with only one coat of short fur, whom are native to a land with heat.
With the bug problem there, you'd want to get a large supply of Advantix medication for him, it is a topical oil that rids a dog or cat of fleas and ticks, and ear mites and it repells misquitos!

That's an awfully warm environment to have a husky in....A short haired dog would do better....and MAKE SURE you keep up his/her heartworm prevention!!!! Mosquitoes Mosquitoes Mosquitoes!!!
