Surah 4, (An-Nisa) promises heaven for those who fight in the Cause of Allah, and calls all who oppose Islam the "friends of Satan." 4:74 Let those fight in the cause of God who sell the life of this world for the Hereafter, to him who fighteth in the cause of God, whether he is slain or gets victory, soon shall We give him a reward of great (value).

Quote:"Surah 4, (An-Nisa) promises heaven for those who fight in the Cause of Allah, and calls all who oppose Islam the "friends of Satan."

It doesn't say that all who oppose Islam are friends of satan. You've just made that up. War is only allowed in self-defense or to undo oppression. So if Muslims are being attacked, Muslims can go to war. If the Muslims are being oppressed, e.g. not allowed to practice their religion, then they can go to war until that oppression is over. Anyone who dies during the course of his war, doesn't go straight to Heaven, he merely obtains quite alot of good deeds (assuming he behaved like a true Muslim and didn't go round sucide-bombing or hurting women and children). The martyr still might go to hell.

Islam says in 17:33 that you are not allowed to kill anyone except in justice. (Justice is self-defense, war, those sorts of things). "You shall not kill any person as God has made life sacred".

Feel free to contact me and debate this issue.

may God bless you.

Thou Shalt not murder ??? which way is it ?
Thou Shalt not murder: BIBLE BIBLE SAYS

One of the Bible's 10 basic Pillars, the ten commandments, says: "Thou shalt not murder. (Exodus 20:13)." Yet, we see GOD Almighty supposedly also commanded the killing of every single breathing creature from humans and animals!

Kill everything that "breathes" from humans and animals!

Deuteronomy 20:16
However, in the cities of the nations the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, do not leave alive anything that breathes.

Apparently, it is one of the Bible's foundations to mass-murder every single human and animal from the defeated enemy.

Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ***.

Praise be To Allah.

I wish if you could read the verse next to the one you've quoted to know why Allah asks the believer to fight in his Cause, Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
"And why should ye not fight in the cause of Allah and of those who, being weak, are ill-treated (and oppressed)?- Men, women, and children, whose cry is: "Our Lord! Rescue us from this town, whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from thee one who will protect; and raise for us from thee one who will help!"

Allah asked that question to believers in Al-Madina to encourage them to fight in his cause, WHY? TO RESCUE THIER BROTHERS IN MAKKA WHO WERE NOT ALLOWED TO MIGRATE TO AL-MADINA AND OPPRESSED BY ISALM ENEMIES.

So, Do you think it's peace not to rescue our brothers while they are facing all kinds of torment? You decide.

is someone supplying you with these or are you finding it on your own?

I mean here is 75 the one directly after it

[75] And what is wrong with you that you fight not in the Cause of Allâh, and for those weak, ill-treated and oppressed among men, women, and children, whose cry is: "Our Lord! Rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from You one who will protect, and raise for us from You one who will help."

now it claims a reason for figting does not it?

would you agree to fight for that reason or not? this is the question

Now judging by your answers it is safe for me to assume that you are a Christian

which is more peaceful the verse that you had from the Quran or this one from the Bible

Deuteronomy 20:16
However, in the cities of the nations the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, do not leave alive anything that breathes.

you answer me if you dare?

Taken in context, these mean something entirely different. You cannot just remove a couple of lines that you wish; you need to show all of the pertinent information.

And yes, when practiced properly,Islam is peaceful.

Oh forget it, even if I post 3 verse before and 3 verse after you're just gonna ignore it and I'll get like 5 thumbs down.

-.-"

Look, CJ, let me ask you directly, publicly. Why the hell are you trying to do this? Misleading people with verses in the Qu'ran without even looking at the 3 verse before, or after. So is this what you call "Love thy neighbour" and "Do not judge others"?

Sweetie, that's not the full version, there's a continuation, anyways. God's talking about battles so you either get killed, or kill someone that's against God, simple rule of any battle, if someone has a weapon you're allowed to kill them, or else you're dead, you choose. I would choose to die over killing someone, and oh by the way, STOP PICKING ON THIS RELIGION. It's getting annoying.

Qu'ran
Sura IX:30
The Jews say, "Ezra is a son of God"; and the Christians say, "The Messiah is a son of God." Such the sayings in their mouths! They resemble the saying of the infidels of old! Do battle with them!

Quite simply, Islam is a culture of intolerance, hatred, violence, oppression, and ignorance. It is a stain on humanity and a danger to all living today, for it spreads like an infection and promises subjugation and slavery to all who oppose. It is perhaps the greatest threat facing humanity today.
