When I stand up I feel drunk and motor skills a little off at first. Especially if i stand up quick.. am i dehydrated or something else maybe?

also lately my diet consists of suppliments and Zicam chewables prob doesn't help either

You're most likely experiencing orthostatic compensation...you're dehydrated and when you sit up from lying down or stand up from sitting, you get dizzy because your blood pressure drops. Lots and lots and lots of clear fluids, and eat what you can, keep your strength up while your body fights off the infection.

i presume you are on antibiotics for the infection,some antibiotics can cause the abovesymptoms,have you been on these tablets before.if you drink plenty of fluid dehydration should not be a problem.sometimes if you rise very qickly your blood pressure drops.or as i stated if this pill is new to you it could be the problem.sometimes if your allergic to new tablets can also cause a rash.if you have a rash id stop the anti biotic and make another visit to your doctor.you dont mention how long this has been happening.if only since you started the tablet this could be the cause.good luck

not sure what exactly u mean, but if u stand up quickly blood can not reach to ur head, then may be u feel what u felt.
