Certain moves in a given chess postion can be perfect - for instance Qxf7# as the 4th move for white in the 'scholar's game'. So perfection can exist outside Platonic realms of ideal forms, can't it?

Frankly your question is a bit unintelligible. Try thinking what you mean and then rewording it.

Nothing, except the lives and works of the Messengers of the One True God. Facts are not reflected in One Book, but in all Their Holy Books revealed in various times throughout history.
If we realize that we and nothing from us are perfect, we should look up to Them as supreme ideal to make improvement. Otherwise, we will have no direction for our present and future.
