Probably a church constructed by the Coptic Christians in Eygpt. The Coptic church was allegedly started by the apostle Mark in 42 A.D.

Probably the Hagia Sophia in Istanbul, and maybe the Sepulchre in Jerusalem. The Hagia Sophia was a christian church - built under Justinian around 500AD before the Muslims arrived.

I do not think Glastonbury would be Christian, more likely pagan.
I believe the oldest Christian church is The Church of the Holy
Sepulcher,in Jordon. It was built in the first century atop a tomb, believed to be the tomb of Jesus.

I would be inclined to agree that it is an ancient Coptic church built in Egypt around the time of the apostle Mark. Many Ancient Egyptian temples were also converted by native Copts to function as churches in order to serve as protection from the persecution of the Roman Empire (i.e. they would hide WITHIN the temples from the Romans so as not to arouse suspicion).
Although it may be argued that these churches were not purpose built as such. There still exist many ancient churches in Egypt built after the years of Roman persecution.

An archeological dig in Megiddo found what appears to be a church dating back to 3rd, 4th century CE. Predating Glastonbury by a few centuries.
An inscription read that the building was dedicated to “the memory of the Lord Jesus Cristos.”
Unearthed in Israel November 2005

I built a religious shrine to myself in the 1700's in my backyard and it is still there, amazingly. I would say that is pretty damn old.
