Talking the right thing is preety difficult in nature. The case becomes more difficult when it is a girl. God only knows what is right and what is not. So, it is my suggestion that you start by facing your fears. Tell her you like her a lot and tell her you want to talk to her but you are afraid you wont be able to say the right thing.
