Respect his decision. If he think the relation will not work & you force him to go on, you will suffer in the end. If he comes back then you know that he made the wrong decision in breaking up with you but if not & later you will find out the he is seeing another girl then you know the answer to your questions - he is just making an alibi.
However, you need not have to wait to find out if he is seeing another girl or not. If you can find a better person whom you think you can spend the rest of your life - go ahead & be happy.

Common line. I'd say if your young he got bored. And decided to try something else. There might of been some issues he had. Guys tend to not tell whats wrong. Talk to him and ask him exactly what he meant.

maybe he's living in the moment and found someone he wanted to be with more at the time for whatever reason so he broke it off with you to live in the moment keeping karma in check.

listen..its probebly painful seeing as to how long you 2 were together but maybe he felt that it was going nowhere, and decided to break it off with you sooner rather than later! the longer he took the more attached you would have gotten!! it might be for the best..move on(thers so many fish in the sea!)

It sounds like one of two things(take it from a guy who said that alot to get out of relationships), either he's attracted to someone and he doesn't want to do you wrong. Or for some odd reason he just doesn't like you anymore. I think he still likes you b/c it sounds like it was very hard for him to do that.

guys say that all the time...particularly if they're bored...and if they wanna try something new.... apparently, you're guy is not what you expect him to be... there might be someone else....but whatever is his reason, don't even try to beg him to change his mind....that would only worsen things...let him go..there's no point in insisting one's self to someone who isn't interested anymore..it will really be hard but you will get over it...and soon enough, you'll find someone who will love you enough for a lifetime.

Apparently he's wanting to see someone else, and already has her in mind. Sorry hun, but let him go. I'm so sorry for your heartbreak, I know it hurts, I've been there, but it will get better.

It did go wrong for him. Leave him go and he may realise in time what he lost. Time heals all wounds
