Ok, so it was valentines night and I had a good time with the g/f in a hotel but after 2 1/2 hours sleep, im now in work and am SHATTERED.

Does anyone have any good ideas how to perk myself up. Preferabbly without caffeine as I hate both coffee and red bull.....

Take a vitamin B complex. Go to your local health food store and get a vitamin B complex. Take the B vitamins with food even if just a small meal, the B vitamins are for energy and will stabilize your blood sugar.

I believe Lots of cups of ice water while help keep you alert and energized throughout the day..

try some fruits as they've loads of vitamins and natural sugar. the sugar will energize you.
