do it the same day, an invest in a good pair of hair straightners!

ignore bjparker, do it the same day, dye your hair and rinse till water runs clear, use the conditioner that comes with it, towel dry, use a heat protecting product and dry your hair as normal, straighten your hair, you'll look and feel fabulous

so long as u use a good cond and a heat protective spray it will b fine ...tip....rub a small amount ot cond on the end of wet hair before you dry it dont rinse out and dry as norm gives great shine.

I would do it a day or two apart and wash it in between.

a day apart its better to do it two days so the chemicals are more washed out.
