More criminal immigrants - killing innocent people?

The shocking trial and sentencing of the youths (or at least claim to be youths) who killed/were involved in the killing of a woman holding a baby at a christening and then a week later stabbing a girl who had supposedly 'disrespected the killer'. Read the story: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/6353379.stm. It's shocking and I am sick of reading stories like this - what is our government doing to police illegal, criminal immigrants. I say force them to have dental checks to prove their age and kick them out - if you commit such a serious crime then you should lose all right to your 'liberty', don't you?These three need deporting asap - what do you think?

Saying nobody is innocent seems to condone the murders Felix? Maybe people are not perfect - but we are talking about gang members here - and there are gangs like this through south London who are armed, and that the police appear to have no control over.

The question focuses on criminal, illegal immigrants - maybe I didn't make the illegal part clear enough.

Ok guys - the first call of racism has been made against me - can we just get one thing straight here - the guys who murdered these people were illegal, criminal immigrants from Africa - the VICTIMS were also from Africa or were first generation British - so if I am a racist would I be expressing my concern about the murders??? No, I think not.

If people were not so quick to pull the race card all the time we may not be in the state we are. It stifles quality debate and it amazes me also that none of you who do pull the race card do not even so much mention the victims of these illegal immigrant, gun toating wanna be gangsters. Don't you care about the victims and their families? Clearly not - and that speaks volumes.

oh isnt it so typical that every time someone mentions immigration they are branded racist. Thats why so many people are becoming racist. When I was a prison officer every time I caught a non-british inmate doing something wrong and wrote them up for it I was told it was because I was racist. When I was a traffic warden and I gave a non-british person a parking ticket it was never because they had parked somewhere they shouldnt have done, it was always because I was racist. Yet two years ago when I was assaulted and robbed by a gang of black boys who stood kicking me in the head and stamping on me shouting you f***ing white trash piece of s**t give us your money' strangely that want treated as racist by the police. This is the kind of behaviour that breeds racism

I both agree and disagree a little.

Yes people like that should be deported. After all if you join a new school or company and break the rules you will be fired / expelled.

However, it's not just immigrant who are killing people or committing violent crimes. When an immigrant does something of this nature it is more likely to make national news. If you read local papers or watch local news channel you will see murders happening on a daily basis (sad state of affairs I know).

The point I'm trying to make here is just that we shouldn't go thinking of Immigrants as a stereotyped group, that they should be policed heavily or that they're all guilty.

Unless they have a case for genuine asylum, then illegal immigrant should be deported, especially if behaving like this. But then again, i feel the same about all murderers, even those British born and bred.

What we should be focusing on is the legal system and the immigration system. Not stirring up a frenzy about immigrants.

Its not a question of colour or whatever here, and i agree they should be deported back from where they came and handed over so their legal system can deal with them. Why should we pay to keep their rubbish in our legal system. We are all sick of it and just waiting for our Government to wake up, their coming here taking our housing filling our schools taking benefits and this is the thanks our fore fathers get for dying in wars to make this a good country and now its the pits. This is not Great Britain anymore its the Great Dumping Ground For Every Other Countries Rubbish. They claim poverty but have no idea what it really is. I've been to Africa where there is real poverty where kids eat out of rubbish bins where people crawl around on their hands and knees with flip flops on their hands because they are suffering with leprosy can they say they are suffering from real hardships No . I lived in Romania and yes its a poor country but i didn't see what i saw in Africa and i think its about time we stopped feeding parasites.

It's because we have no border controls anymore, so any Tom, Dick or Mohammed can come over, do what they like and stand a good chance of not getting caught. The Government is doing nothing to protect us; why should it, we only live here after all. And yes they should be deported back to their own third-rate provinces where perhaps they will suffer in eternity.

Kick them out of where per chance the earth these people deserve to be punished for their crimes but this is another issue for our lap dog pm to deal with and they can't or won't deal with the immigration issue here in the UK.

We for whatever reason our government allowed these individuals into our country so I lay the blame on the governments policy's.

Deporting them may cause them to be freed and put other people in danger the crimes were committed here so the punishment should served here.

British people are quick to blame people who are a different race or come from a different country. i live in a society were the majority of crime is committed by white British people. but as soon as someone different does it they blame it on them. Britain should look at itself in the mirror

I think your government has to check the backround of people like this. You have enough English criminal in your country, you don't wanna have more do you?so your government has to check their backround before they get in the country... i mean how come a criminal runs away from his country and get in to your country?

What amazes me is that in the USA and UK if someone trys to get in to the country because they are poor and want to earn money for their family they are shipped straight back but both the US and UK law enforcement can identify numerous Russian,Alabanian,Chinese and others who are known to be involved with big time organised crime who just move in and start bussiness and are left to get on with it.
