I seen it and i also closed out my account. along with a lot of other people who are doing the same thing. Do you think this is a sign that our goverment is doing their best to remove them. Our goverment is a joke. our whole judicial system is a joke.??????????????????

If I had an account there I would close it too. They turned me down for a credit card-it doesn't surprise me at all that illegals are getting them, that is just the way this country is headed. These people are illegal and should be treated as such, no rights because they are criminals.

Thank God I don't have an account there, because I would have to close it too. The heads of the bank should be charged with adding and abetting a crime. I thought it was against the law to open up a bank account without proof of citizen ship. It is bad enough they get welfare and health care paid for but now they can run up charges on credit cards that they will use their welfare money to pay their min. payments on sending the country further into debt.

What an outrage. The financial umbilical cord to the illegals needs to be cut now. It would be great if they were required to show a valid green card in order to be able to open a bank account, apply for a credit card, and send money via Western Union.

Yes,I've seen the news reports on it. I was watching OntheMoney on CNBC about it last night and the O'Reilly Factor too. Get this a BOA executive didn't appear on either show to explain why they're doing this. The LA Times thought it was wonderful idea but I expect the BOA to get some real flack over this new idea. Especially when legals don't have a credit history at all.
