Im doing some translation from Georgian to French.
Im not a real expert, but in the field its written Nationalité, but its written Georgien. As far as I know, Nationalité is femine, therefore it should be Georgienne, not depending wheither or not the person is male or female, right?
(Im translating Certificate of Birth from Georgia to French.)

No u dont get it.
Im making a document.
There are fields (Name, DOB, Nationality and so on).
I just want to know how to put my nationality in Nationalité field. Should I put it Georgien or Georgienne, I just want to know should it be femine or male.

Yes, you should put Georgienne, because Nationalité is a feminine noun, so the adjective (in this case the nationality) should also be feminine. Nouns and adjectives have to have the same gender
e.g.
jla nationalité francaise, la nationalité mexicaine, la nationalité
georgienne.

Hope that helps

You write "Géorgienne" regardless of your gender.

I'm French, but I checked because I'm a girl, and I actually never thought about it (as I write "Française")!

PS: Why didn't you ask that question on the French Y!Answers?

Normally it's Georgienne (Nationalit/e Georgienne -nationalit/e is feminine, and the adjective should be feminine, too, because it has to describe the nationality), you should put this.
But interpretating this word (Nationalit/e) as "What is your nationality?=You are a...?", people often use the appropriate to their gender form.

Nationalitie means" where are you from? " Therefore the response to that question would be what country you are from for example. american, french, spanish, german etc...
